Pop music icon Madonna appears in the Louis Vuitton Fall 2009 ad campaign, making a return after her debut last year. This year’s campaign features the Material Girl in the iconic bunny with several handbags from the new LV collection.

The photos shot by photographer Steven Meisel in New York show Madonna in clothes similar to her 2009 Met Gala style, in different shades of purple. The ad also pays tribute to the 1980s, with Madonna wearing her signature mesh fingerless gloves. The photos are more dreamlike, ethereal, and mysterious than the previous ad campaign. The new campaign shows that Madonna still reigns supreme as the queen of pop.
