To get this look on a budget, I think you could substitute that little black dress for a black scoop neck blouse tucked in to a black highwaist pencil skirt. Delicate gold jewelry finishes the look for not a whole lot of cash. The result is elegant, sophisticated, and polished; just like the 33-year-old English actress. My only qualm is that it might be too much black for daytime. What do you think?
